Psychiatric Medication Management

• Our talented team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants follow a fixed, four-week schedule, so you’ll always know exactly when to expect us. Depending on the size of your community, a Provider will be on-site every 1 to 4 weeks.
• HighPoint’s goal is to help your Residents achieve the highest level of functioning on the lowest dose of medication possible.
• We understand the impact Antipsychotics have on your Five-Star Rating, so we’re careful to prescribe them sparingly.

Crisis Management

• Although we practice a proactive and preventative approach to behavioral health, we understand that unexpected crises happen. In those rare cases, HighPoint will manage the situation swiftly, compassionately, and effectively.
• We believe the best partner is an available partner, so our Providers are easy to reach. When you call our phone number and select an extension, your call will be routed to the Provider’s cell phone. HighPoint is there for your Community 24/7.

Documentation

• Our Session notes are thorough, accurate, and crafted in a way that prevents problems with families and State surveyors.
• All HighPoint documentation is typed and timely. Gone are the days of deciphering chicken-scratch or chasing after doctors to get their notes.
• You will have digital access to all documentation within seven days. If you need a document sooner, a hardcopy can be supplied.
